Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Viral Vision.

Cancel any time

You can cancel your subscription whenever you like from the link in your receipt email or your customer portal. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Refunds

If Viral Vision isn't working for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. Renewal payments are not refunded, but you can cancel before the next renewal at any time.

Third-party charges

Charges from your own Anthropic, OpenAI or ElevenLabs accounts are billed by those companies and are not refundable by us.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
