Privacy Policy

This policy explains what TapInMedia LLC ("we") collects through this website and the Viral Vision app, and what we do with it.

Waitlist and optional creator research

The waitlist and research questionnaire are for people aged 18 or older. With your consent, we use your email for Viral Vision waitlist messages, invites and important product updates. Confirming your email is required to join. We keep the signup source, request and confirmation dates, consent version, and hashed security tokens. The optional questionnaire asks about your Skool username, YouTube channel or whether you have launched, channel count, niche, video output, tools, optional monthly software spend and currency, current operating system (Windows, macOS, both or other), video format, bottleneck and most wanted AI feature. We use these answers to understand creators' workflows and improve Viral Vision. You can skip every question. Answering does not guarantee access or priority.

Request records, including the signup source, request date and any unconfirmed draft answers, expire after 24 hours. Confirmed records retain your email, answers, consent version, confirmation and expiry dates, and hashed management capability. Confirmed email and research answers are kept for up to 12 months from confirmation unless you delete them sooner. Expired records are excluded from access and export immediately and removed by hourly cleanup. Security rate limits use hashed email and IP buckets and are pruned with operational cleanup. We do not sell this information. Cloudflare processes it for hosting, database storage, security and confirmation email delivery.

Your confirmation email opens a secure page where you explicitly confirm your address. Once confirmed, you can review or edit your answers, or unsubscribe and delete your active waitlist data. For a new secure session, submit your email and confirm again. You can also contact us below for access, correction, withdrawal of consent or deletion. Future waitlist updates will include a way to unsubscribe; no unrelated marketing is covered by this consent.

Purchases and licences

Stripe processes checkout and billing under its privacy policy. We receive the identifiers and account status needed to provide access and support; we do not store full payment card details. Our Cloudflare licence service stores your account email, licence and subscription status, device identifiers and names, authentication records, usage counts and support audit records. Website sign-in uses a temporary session; waitlist signup does not create a licence account.

The app

Viral Vision creates and stores your video projects on your computer. Research, generation and voice features send the necessary prompts, scripts or text to the services you choose under your own accounts and their privacy policies. Licence checks send account and device authentication data to our Cloudflare licence service. If you explicitly submit support feedback, we process the details you submit to investigate it. Do not put API keys or sensitive information in support or research answers.

Retention and backups

The new waitlist tables are excluded from automated nightly R2 licence backups. Cloudflare D1 recovery history and any separately made full database backups can retain earlier copies for their recovery period. Deleting active data does not instantly erase those protected copies. Full database exports must be handled privately with a retention limit. After a full database or recovery-history restore, our recovery procedure discards restored waitlist records before the service resumes, so creators must confirm again. Older waitlist signups may remain in the previous storage system until separately reviewed and removed. Licence, billing and support records have separate operational and legal retention needs; contact us about your records.

This website

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes basic request data (such as IP address) to serve the site and protect it from abuse. We don't use advertising cookies or trackers.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you may have further rights, and we will honour them.

We'll update this page if anything changes and change the date at the top.
